Training Program and Hiring
- The Modern TRIZ Academy is interested in expanding its marketing program and plans to hire specialists with experience in activities in global, European and/or regional-national markets. - We are building a special prgram at the Modern TRIZ Academy to train teachers-instructors to teach the basics of MTRIZ at the basic levels of Pupil, Junior and Associate.
The program includes:
- basic study of the essentials of MTRIZ at the level of Associate;
- extended practical Training;
- certification of the essentials of MTRIZ;
- internships at the academy to collect the professional experience needed;
- certification according to the results of the internship.
If we have job openings, we’ll hire graduates with both the theoretical and practical certificates.
Working as an instructor offers you the possibility of further professional development and advancement in our firm.
Functions of the Instructors
The instructors do marketing, aid the applicants in application formalities, accompany the students through the entire course of study as a contact person in the internet and/or on the telephone, construct exam topics, check all of the students’ assignments including exam problems, organize the application of students for certification and the printing and presentation of certificates to graduates.
Requirements for applicants for an instructor’s position
A work permit for Germany is required for hiring. Most applicants can work without changing their place of residence.
In certain special cases applications from citizens of other countries can be considered. These applicants receive separate, special conditions for their work with the Modern TRIZ Academy.
The Modern TRIZ Academy is interested in applicants who fulfill the following requirements:
- Diploma from a college or university in one of the following fields:
- Engineering – almost without exception in all special fields;
- Industrial design;
- College teaching;
- Management (Project, Quality, Production, Personnel and others);
- Marketing;
- Advertising and Public Relations;
- others such as Architecture, Art, Sculpture, etc (The chances for employment in these categories are extremely limited).
- Fun in teaching. Experience in this field is desirable.
- Fun in creative work. Experience in this field is desirable.
- Fun in work in marketing especially in telephone marketing. Experience in this field is desirable.
- Good communicative abilities for communication face to face and over long distances.
- Absolute command of the English language at a high level.
- Stabile command of the various components of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Internet user capabilities: Search for information using search machines, sending and receiving E-mails, selection of rubrics and the care of websites, etc.
- The capability to watch over business correspondence, to write letters, to systematize written correspondence into an archive and an understanding of organizational work with clients’ data.
- Candidates with programming knowledge will receive preferential treatment.
- Applicants with patents or other proof of inventions could also receive preferential treatment.
Extra Applications
- In additioin, we are looking for candidates with the following native languages (see also the following point 13):
- 12.1. Russian with excellent knowledge of German;
- 12.2. English;
- 12.3. Spanish;
- 12.4. French;
- 12.5. Portugiese;
- 12.6. Polish;
- 12.7. Arabic;
- 12.8. Persian;
- 12.9. Mandarin Chinese;
- 12.10. Hindi;
- 12.11. Korean;
- 12.12. Japanese;
- 12.13. Vietnamese;
- 12.14. Indonesian (Javan).
- Applicants in point 12 with knowledge of Russian have extra advantages.
- The number of positions open for instructors in the differing languages is not everywhere the same.
Russian speaking Applicants
- Applicants who are native-speakers of Russian with outstanding knowledge of German or any of the other languages in point 12 could certainly receive preferential treatment.
- Highly qualified specialists who are native-speakers of Russian may apply even if they don’t fulfill all of the requirements listed above because other appropriate functions and conditions can be offered to such specialists.
Training of the Instructors
The Modern TRIZ Academy offers the study of a standard course in MTRIZ based on distance study technology in the Internet.
Students at the Modern TRIZ Academy complete a theoretical section, fulfill practical assignments and finally the exam problem for their certificate. After graduation the students receive a diploma that certifies their qualification in MTRIZ.
The time required for certification of the essentials of TRIZ is self-determined within the framework of the technical possibilities of correspondence study.
Don’t forget that the first certified applicants have the first claim for an internship and the first applicants who complete the internship also have the first claim for employment.
The study of MTRIZ typically requires 3 to 6 months.
The practicum usually takes 3 to 5 months. The shortest time required for employment would therefore be something like 6 months. Typically this would take 10 months.
But of course, the timer required from the start of the course of study to employment depends on the applicant.
It’s in the interest of both the Modern TRIZ Academy and the applicants that the time needed to complete the necessary qualification is as short as possible.
The number of employees will depend on the qualifications of the applicants for the conditions listed.
During study and according to the results of tests, consultations and certification, it’s certainly possible that the applicants will be offered other functions or employment as needed by the Modern TRIZ Academy.
Acceptance of Applications
- All applications are in standardized written form, are filled out here and then sent by e-mail. The arrival of applications is automatically confirmed electronically.
- The age of applicants is unimportant. All applicants must be able to fulfill their assignments without health consequences while working daily intensively on the computer and with assignments, theories, books reference works, software, telephone, documentation, etc.
- The applicant pays for the course of study and the certification.
- Study expenses are determined according to the qualifications and the planned function of the applicants and are clearly stated in the copy of the contract that the applicant receives for perusal.
- The training is done totally as a correspondence course and includes all of the aspects that applicants need especially if they will also be concerned with similar applicants in the future.
- A contract for the training with all conditions will be sent to each applicant after acceptance of their application.
- The administration of the Modern TRIZ Academy has the right to accept only those applicants who fulfill the requirements listed above and to send only those applicants who are selected a contract.
- Their is no application deadline.
- Applicants who have received a contract with detailed conditions of study and have accepted these conditions may immediately start with the course of study as soon as they have paid. They therefore have a time advantage when moving up to the internship level.
