The Modern TRIZ Academy accepts everyone who applies for whatever reason.
Entry into a study program does not depend on any discriminating assumptions or requirements on the part of the academy.
The Modern TRIZ Academy is not responsible for the goals, procedures and results of the use of any knowledge it teaches.
Only those students can enter the course of study for the higher levels who have already completed training in the previous levels or who demonstrate to the academy that they have knowledge comparable to the previous levels.
Exceptions can be made for the Master’s and Doctor’s levels only if the applicant has gained sufficient knowledge of TRIZ outside of the Academy. This also is the case for people with meaningful experience in the creation of innovations and inventions as well as those who have experience in management or other equivalent professional experience. Individual training and research programs can be constructed for such applicants. The Academy reserves the right to make final decisions in all cases of this nature.
The Modern TRIZ Academy reserves the unlimited right to bill its services and products in accordance with the current market.
The Modern TRIZ Academy reserves the exclusive right to grant discounts in its offerings on the basis of criteria that are solely an internal concern of the Academy in accordance with its goals.
These conditions apply to all of the services and products that are offered by the Modern TRIZ Academy.
